SilverRock AcresBreeding for Quality not Quantity For 20 years
I started raising goats when I was in 4-H. My mother and her aunt always had some around the barnyard. Throughout childhood was I was very active in 4-H.
1997 I met my husband and our first son was born a year later. We lived with my parents for a while...speed up
2002 Our second son is born and we bought our farm!!
2008 our first daughter born..
2009 Put house up at the farm,lost mom and second daughter born...wow busy year!
2013 Decided to go back to college for Culinary Arts to attain my degree so I could incorporate the freshness of my Ag background into the food world for my customers.
2015 Graduated with the Degree and very please to say I offer recipes and educational info with all our products

We are pleased to announce a Farm Store is going to be open right here supplying you with local farm fresh products from the close by four counties! Opening May 10th!!
Eggs are here farm fresh right out of the Hen House.. come check them out $3.50 doz or take a peek at our egg shares on the CSA page.
We will butchering 3 times a year now instead of two. Also taking orders on poultry now...Broiler chickens, ducks,and turkeys for Fall Harvest.
